     Duchwood Fool's Gold MS - available as a pet
     (Ch. Duchwood's Red Alert MS x Ch. Grandgables Justa GoGo Bean MS)
Goldie is not what she seems, just like fool's gold. She is a homozygous red (cannot produce black/tan pups), although her nose is blackish gray, nails are brown and her eye rims are light. She has no black hairs on her body at all and we originally thought she was an e-red. She is leggy but has lovely front and rear angles, a good topline, nice ribbing and keel length, and an OK head. She carries the piebald gene. Her son, Gavin, out of her first litter now an AKC champion. She is now available as a spayed pet to a loving retirement home.

Missie Pie is quite lovely. She has a good topline (her spots make her topline look a little off, but it's not), good tail set, nice front and rear angles, good bone, and a pretty head. Her ribbing and keel length have improved and she is developing a forechest. She has gone to a show home in Montana on co-ownership (Amanda Hodges), and completed her Canadian championship at the tender age of 1 year!

Biaka is our small Russian import from Marina Kovalenko in St. Petersburg. Biaka has a lovely shoulder assembly, long ribbing and keel, and nice rear angles. She is a little hocky, has a slightly unevern topline, and a rather plain head with short ears, but she loves people and isn't afraid of anything. She has some gorgeous pups out of Cameron. Her value to us will be as a producer.

Grandgables Claire Of Duchwood MS

Claire is our very first red brindle.   She's a gorgeous girl with lots of angles and a nice topline. Her ribbing and keel could be a little longer, but her head is lovely, she has tight feet, and she just glides when she moves. She also has a show dog attitude and has never met a stranger. It's doubtful we'll show her now as she gets too excited in the ring and destroys her topline. She will be bred one more time in Spring 2009, then spayed and placed as a pet.

Onyx is a lovely, little girl who's body is hard to fault. However, her head could be larger for her body size, her eyes a little less round, and her bone could be a little heavier.   She has finally filled out and will be shown in 2009 as she is a stunning mover.

Sloane has a good topline; nice shoulder layback; nice rear angles, good topline, nice head; bone a little light and front feet could be tighter. She has a dynamite personality - she loves people and dogs and isn't afraid of anything. She is currently competing in Open Preferred agility. She also has discovered bunny hunting and has her first field trial placements (a 2nd and 2 4ths).

Brenna is turning out to be a lovely girl with nice front and rear angles, a slightly unlevel topline and good bite. Her head could be better and she's a little leggy, so we have decided to place her in a pet home. See the older dogs for sale page for more info and pictures of Brenna.

Sylvie is a lovely light red girl with wonderful angles, a good topline, long ribbing and keel, and a gorgeous head. She's built like her mom but in a slightly smaller package. She floats when she moves but acts silly in the ring (too excited), so we will wait for her to grow up some more before trying to finish her championship.

Duchwood's Hurricane Audrey MS - may be available on a show co-ownership for breeding

Audrey has lovely shoulder layback, is a little short in upper arm, has good ribbing and keel length; lovely rear angles and a pretty head. Her topline is a little dippy when moving, she keeps her ears pinned back although her ear set is fine, and she moves wide in the rear, so she will not be shown. Her pups are lovely, so she will be bred one more time, then spayed and placed as a pet in 2009.

I'd like to find a home locally for her as a show dog as she has turned out to be quite nice. Dynamite personality and loves to jump so would make a good agility prospect.

Laurel is a small but exquisite girl with lots of front and rear angles, a perfect topline and long ribbing and keel lengths. She is also a lovely mover. Her head could be bigger for her size, but it's shape is OK. She has better bone and more substance than her mother.

Sophie has a level topline when trotting, has good bone, a lovely head, good shoulder layback, tight feet, long ribbing and keel lengths, and lovely rear angles. She could use a slightly longer upper arm. She has gone on a show co-ownership to Sharon Sakson in New Jersey.

Cerise is a stunning girl with lovely movement, perfect topline, gorgeous head and lovely rear angles. Her shoulder layback is fine but her upper arm is a little short as is her keel, but she is a floaty mover. She will be a wonderful replacement for her mother and she has her mom's outgoing personality. Cerise is turning out to be an enthusiastic bunny hunter, too, and now has her first field trial placement! Cerise finished her conformation championship with 4 majors! Thank you, judges!

Katherine is a heavy-boned, low-to-the-ground, small girl who is better than her mother. She has an incredible shoulder assembly, a nice big forechest, pretty head; good ribbing and keel length, and a perfect topline. She is now a finished champion with 3 BOV over specials from the classes and a Hound Group 3. She will be bred late in 2008 or early 2009.

She is a replacement for her mother and has started her show career with 2 BOVs, a BOS over 5 specials, and 6 WBs in 10 shows.

She has wonderful front and rear angles and a perfect topline. She is a lovely mover with a bubbly personality and will stay here as a show dog. 	Duchwood's Devilish Delight MS *(Ch. Duchwood's Lord Lennox MS x Duchwood's Pillar of Stone MS)* Devin is a replacement for her mom. She has lovely front and rear angles and a good topline although tail set may be a little low and her keel could be longer. She is leggy right now and will take some time to mature.
	Duchwood's Fflur de Lis MS - may be available on co-ownership to a show home *(Ch. Lisego Nosa Vitamin Yu x Ch. Duchwood's Red Flannel Dress MS)* Fflur is a little forward in her shoulders but has a long upper arm. Her topline is good and she has a lot of rear angles. She floats when she moves. She will stay here as a replacement for her mom.
	Duchwood's Orcadian Maiden MS *(Admindac's Almond Joy MSCP x Duchwood's Mighty Sprite MS)* Orca is a feisty girl like her mom but has a much better head and bone. Her shoulder layback is lovely but her upper arm could be longer. Topline is perfect; rear angles are nice; and and ribbing and keel lengths are lovely. She is a lovely mover but moves wide going away so will probably not be shown. She is a chocolate carrier.
	Duchwood's Eyes On Me MS - available to a show home on co-ownership *(Duchwood Halls Creek's Doxology x Halls Creek Decking The Halls)* Celine is a lovely girl who will mature around 11-12 lb. She has nice front and rear angles and a good topline, but could be less leggy and have tighter feet. She is a lovely mover and should finish quickly once she matures. She is showing promise as a hunter.
	Duchwood's Intoxicating Brew MS - may be available as a pet *(Admindac's Amond Joy MScp x Bonlon's Houston Dixie Chique)* Kava is a nice, dark chocolate girl who we will hang onto for awhile. She is very leggy right now so it will be awhile before we can show her.
