Cosmo is very friendly guy who is just gorgeous. I really wish someone would show him as he LOVES dog shows, but he cannot be bred because his bite was originally incorrect. It has corrected after some baby teeth were pulled and is now a perfect scissors, but I'm afraid he would pass the origianl fault on to his offspring. Cosmo is bright, clear red and is a medium-sized boy at around 12 lb. He is crate-trained and leash-trained and well-socialized. He gets along fine with the other dogs and is very athletic and busy, so would make a good agility/obedience dog. Breezy is an adorable, VERY BUSY, little girl
who only weighs around 8.5 lb. The photo of her standing was the
closest we got to her being still and as you can see, 2 feet are off the
ground. Breezy went to a pet home a few months ago but was crated
all day when her owner was at work, received inadequate exercise in the
evening, and ended up being a resentful, destructive, little bundle of
energy (who can blame her?). We are glad she was returned to us so
we can find her a more appropriate home who understands her need for exercise.
She would be a perfect jogging partner, agility prospect, or would be happy
in a home with a yard and another active Dachshund to help wear her out.
She LOVES everyone, loves to travel, and is crate-trained (has never messed
in her crate as long as we have had her back - at times crated up to 9
hours at night). She loves to hunt and will take off to go hunting,
so she would also make a good field trial prospect and needs a very secure
yard. This is a delightful little girl who loves to play with other
dogs and loves to travel. She is available to an active, involved

Jay is a gorgeous dark chocolate/tan boy with
a wonderful temperament. He was a good show dog but we never finished
his championship because of his size. He loves everyone, young and
old, gives kisses freely, and gets along with female dogs and other, non-dominant
male dogs. He weighs around 13 lb. and is a muscular, active,
BUSY boy who loves to travel. I have decided not to pursue
chocolates, plus I have several offspring out of him, so he is for sale
for $250 to a very special pet home who will give him plenty of love and
attention and exercise. He would make a great family dog as he loves
children, and he would be a great performance and therapy dog as he just
wants to please. He has also started hunting so could probably get
his FC title, too. Jaybird is an incredibly neat guy so I am going

Niles is a sweet, friendly boy who keeps getting beaten up by the bigger boys. He really needs a loving pet home where he won't be intimidated by others. He is a gorgeous, small boy (weighs around 10.5 lb) who got an infection of unknown origin in one testicle at a very young age. Despite our best efforts, the testicle was damaged and shrunk in size, so Niles could never be shown. He was fertile, however, and produced a nice son for us. Keno is a dark chocolate/tan doll with dark
eyes - so sweet and affectionate. He just has not turned out for
show so he is available as a pet (will be neutered here first) for $250
to a loving pet or performance home. I think he would be a great
agility dog - I have had him doing small jumps and the dog walk and he
is always on top of his dog house. He is eager to please and loves
to travel, although he is a little timid at first around strangers and
not used to children, so he should go to a home with either no kids or
older ones. Keno gets along fine with the other dogs and is quite
playful and active. This is not a dog for an apartment unless he
can go on long walks or jogs several time a day. He is a muscular

Quincy has the saddest hound eyes! He never liked to show and had only one, nondescript litter, so he needs to retire to his own personal lap. He is a small boy at around 10.5 lb. He is crate-trained and likes to travel and does not mind walking through crowds, he just does not like any stranger reaching down to pet him. He is a quiet, more laid back boy, but would like long walks or for someone to throw his ball endlessly. He dives into the little kiddie pool in the dog yard to retrieve his balls, but he gets picked on by the other boys, so he doesn't get to play retrieve too often. He gets along fine with other nice dogs but must go to a home with no small children. Sylvie is a lovely, light red, 11 lb. girl who we could not finish in the show ring because of her white mismarks. She has had 2 beautiful litters and now needs a snuggle spot of her own. She is a very friendly girl who loves everyone and gets along fine with other dogs although she could care less if another dog is around or not. If you are looking for a jogging partner, this is NOT the dog for you. Sylvie is a gentle soul, enjoys the finer things in life like a soft bed or lap, and is quite the snuggle-bun. She would enjoy long walks and a little run through the woods to hunt occasionally, but she is not a very active dog when left to her own devices. She has started doing well at field trials and could get her field championship if the new owner so desired. Lazer has really morphed into a lovely boy
with nice front and rear angles, but the pigment around his eyes and nose
is brownish rather than black, and he would probably not do well in the
show ring because of that. He is a muscular, medium-sized boy (about
12-13 lb) and is very friendly and outgoing to everyone. He loves
to travel and would make someone a lovely, very affectionate pet.
He is getting picked on by some of the other males, so Lazer needs to find
a loving home as a neutered pet for $250. He is very active and athletic
so he would be great performance prospect as well. He loves to chase
balls and to dive into the kiddie pool after them. This is a very
sweet boy who would fit into any relatively active home. Shipping

Maylee is a "tweenie" at around 14 lb. She has 6 champion points but hated dog shows so was never finished. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves cuddle and to travel but who does not like being directly approached on the ground by strangers. She walks through crowds just fine, though, and gets along great with all of the other dogs. She would be a good companion for someone with no children or young grandkids. She is crate-trained and leash-trained and not particularly energetic, so would be a good choice for a less active home. Timber is a truly gorgeous boy with incredible conformation, but he is also a very BIG boy at 15 lb., so we cannot show him successfully although he has some nice class wins at specialties. He is the sweetest guy with a lovable personality who loves everyone. I have been doing agility with him and he seems to enjoy it just like his brother, Tango. He already jumps, and does the tire and the full size dog walk. He's a big mush puppy who loves to cuddle, too. I really hate to place him but I just have too many boys. Timber is avalable to a really special performance home for $350 and will be neutered here first.
